How can I get the CITY APP?

The app can be downloaded for both Android and iPhone by simply searching “City Property” and downloading the CPMC CITYLINK application.

Can CITYCYNC™ fit the unique needs of my community?

Of course! CITYCYNC™ is a flexible software that was created after decades of working with many different communities so our full range of features will fit any community’s unique needs.

What does it mean that the software is proprietary?

Many other HOA management companies use software they purchase. Not us. Our CITYCYNC™ and CITYLINK app were created in-house and are constantly being worked on and improved upon by our team members. You can’t get our simple and effective software anywhere else.

Is there training available by City Property Management to use these products?

Yes – upon becoming part of the CPMC team, homeowners and board members can be assisted with any questions or concerns regarding CITYCYNC™ or the CITYLINK app. However, we think you will find all of our proprietary software to be user friendly and easy to learn.

How is the CITY APP different from CITYCYNC™?

The CITYLINK app is simply a condensed mobile version of the portals you find on CITYCYNC™ with some additional features. For example, because the CITYLINK app is used on your phone, when you submit a maintenance request you can add a GPS location.
