How can I get the CITY APP?
The app can be downloaded for both Android and iPhone by simply searching “City Property” and downloading the CPMC CITYLink application.
What does it mean that the software is proprietary?
Many other HOA management companies use software they purchase. Not us. Our CITYCYNC™ software and CITYLINK app where created in house and are constantly being worked on and improved upon by our team members. You can’t get our simple and effective software anywhere else.
Is all of this software included in our management contact?
Yes! When working with City Property Management, all of this innovative technology is available to the boards and homeowners alike at no additional cost.
Is there training available by City Property Management to use these products?
Yes – upon becoming part of the CPMC team, homeowners and board members can be assisted with any questions or concerns regarding CITYCYNC™ or the CITYLINK app. However, we think you will find all of our proprietary software to be user friendly and easy to learn.
